PreFL CW EK9 Carbon b20? Milton Keynes

CW Pre-facelift ek9 - carbon wings and bonnet, black wheels (not sure what ones) looked like a BC spec2 zorst, spoiler tilt....possibly b20? Spotted you up MK last night. :nice:
 
I've seen oil feeds of the rocker cover of B18's B16's etc etc...

hopefully the owner is on here though as it sounds V nice.
 
it was a good guess its a b20 bored out to a 2.1 ... and is for sale £8k, spoke to him earlier :)

8k for a b20 ek9 has it got a platinum block or something, bit optemistic with the price that's k20 9 money or better yet dc5 mOney lol. I bet he was hoping to fool you hoping u might be interested. B18c or k20, b20 is to unreliable and bored one must be even worse.

The only thing unreliable here is your brain. Your basing this on what the internet has told you and its just so much pish. Thats K20 EK9 money? so its 2.0 EK9 money but not 2.1 EK9 money? Also, optemistic? God.

I'm all fairness it depends on the quality of work which has gone into it, It may be limited to 5-6k and be reliable- who knows. The liners crack because people want to rev the crap out of them, and they can't take it.

8k is a fair price, and will/should perform close to a k20'd ek9.
 
Its a VERY tidy car, all work was carried out my endless horizen. Completly stripped inside. I will try and get pics next week if he is up Milton Keynes and hasnt sold it. :)
 
It's not just any old b20 either. It's my old race motor and has proven to be extremely reliable it was built a good few years ago by me and was making over 250bhp no issues, we fitted it to marks ek9 earlier on this year and it it's pretty quick.

i see him up pod this weekend, he was running the car. Suprised at the times tho, thought it would be abit quicker. (14.6 & 14.7 i think i see him get)
