K20 in a Jazz

heres ma jazz, its my daily driver, done about 4000 mile since august and it puts a big smile on my face :nice: good having a subtle wee car thats nice to drive and doesnt attract attention, but is also great fun when u want to gee it its dinner :drive:

spec

-2003 Jazz (cat C write off due to engine damage)
-K20 EP3 engine and box, quaiffe LSD
-Hasport 'Fit' mounts (heaviliy modified)
-Custom gear linkages, shafts, wiring done by myself
-Front brake upgrade - modified hubs, 300mm CTR discs redrilled, BMW850i calipers modified to fit, DC5 pads
-Rear drums converted to discs using DC5 calipers, MGZS discs, and custom brackets and cables
-All brake flexis and hardpipes replaced with HEL lines
-Tein coilovers
-Custom made 4-1 header and 2.5" exhaust system using 316 grade stainless and mandrel bends, subtle 'spoon N1' style tailpipe
-Sprint SW9 16x17 wheels, yokohama s drive tyres
-Accord Type R recaros
-FN2 steering wheel (DC5 one fitted in the pic)
-Jazz Sport bumpers, skirts and spoiler

nice to see something different and thats some turnaround from the pic when you first got it.

yeh i got bored of building the usual eg/ek's, enjoyed building a couple of K20 EM2s, prefer the newer stuff as its more of a challenge.
 
heres a pic of it and my k24 eg at JAE. the eg is now getting stripped down after 2 years for another build. was tempted to put the engine in the jazz, but it already gets to 150 no bother, thats just no right for a jazz

nah man, the eg is just frightening, much quicker than ma evo was from like 60-120, pulls like a train. the jazz is fast but just doesnt have the same acceleration. should come doon sometime and come out a shot and see.

will do, well i know the eg is quick was deaf when i got out but was quick lol, jazz looks class though, i want :D
 
The jazz looks class!! Both cars are a credit to you :bow:, i remember seeing the eg at crail before whats it like trying to get the power down? And times you run?

For anyone who doesnt know crail is like a manky old mossy driveway
 
was crap at crail, ran 14.0 which in real world terms is rubbish but faster than any other hondas that day. getting the power down was hard, lower power stuff would be off and mines would hook up about 2 seconds later lol (and still wind them in nae bother).
 
Aye weather was shite that day too so wouldnt have helped, differnet story on the road though i bet :naughty:
 
nice cars mate saw these both at jae the eg kinda took my eye more didn't know you owned them both lol
 
cheers, i love it.

thinking what do i build next though..the egs defo getting done, but i want to dro another new honda. would love to k20 a CRZ but thats monies :(
 
Love the Jazz , looks kool as f**k . EG is a beast though !!!
