Hasport Race Engine Mount


Thanks its just hard trying to find somewhere that has them in stock. Although im waiting on a few emails back from people.
 
Spoon mounts are out of stock in Japan, ETA is the end of the month. I was in there on Wednesday and tried to buy a set for another customer who needed urgently.

We had a set of Mugen mounts in but they've gone now. We have 3 sets on order with Mugen at present though. Maybe here in time for you Anto?
 
Still after engine mounts:( Should I just go with the Hasport 62a for street? Vibration should be minimal with the street type right?
 
vibration will still be high, i run some street 60a rated mounts and tonnes of vibration

Maybe for street the best way to go is OEM my friend :)
 
Ive got energy poly inserts for mine and they are brilliant! Mounts are alot stiffer but there is minimum vibration, I purchased them through my tuner Performance Autoworks they usually have them in stock if ya interested i could ring them 4 you? :nice:
 
ive also used es inserts, they do a good job and i think its option you shoulf try, buy full set of new oem mounts and stick inserts in as cheap option, will vastly reduce engine movement and if you hate the vibration you can remove them (inserts still add considerable vibration, just not as bad as hard mounts)

other option would be oem mounts and thrown engine damper on, again does as above and can be removed if vibration annoys you
 
Well I have an Spoon engine torque damper but it keeps coming loose, I've posted up here a few times about it and nobody seems to know what way to have it tightened etc:( OEM mounts are crap imo...
 
i am running full set of spoon engine mounts with ES inserts now as i had them in my OE mounts so thought what teh heck, no dash shake at idle and gearchange is amazing..

we have Hasport engine mounts in teh K20 DC2 teg and when thats idling its like teh dash is trying to jump outta the car !!
 
Ok just gonna have to wait it out for the Spoon mounts:( Will be worth it in the end and seems just like what I need. Where did you pick up the ES inserts Olly?

i got my inserts form funkypower, about £30

thought i may aswell fit them as i had them and thought they would make the spoon mounts last longer as they will limit the maximum movement and hopefully prevent them from splitting as the standard mounts did, I was lucky as got a used set of spoon mounts in perfect condition from Livvy on here for about £60..
 
i have set of black used inserts if interested,excellent condition, i only have the 2 for lower torque mounts though, the kit usually has 1 for lower rear mount but ive lost that

Thanks guys. I'll get my spoon mounts, see how they work for me and if I need the inserts ill get them then:)
