Can any of you guys recommend the best protein and other needed supplements for me ?
just not long started going to the gym, i'm wanting to build more muscle but not body-building if you know what i mean, also wanting to get some sick abs for the ladys !!! haha
Not necessary no, but you do get more benefit and gains from using them. Could get the same gains from eating chicken for example but you'd have the extra calories to put up with too.
It's very hard to put on muscle and lose fat at the same time. I try and bulk up with heavier weights over the winter and 'cut' on the run up to summer with more cv and lighter weight.
As for supplements a decent whey protein for recovery and also look at stuff like creatine and starting to take multi vitamins.
When it comes to losing weight its roughly 20% gym and 80% diet for me.

Thats pricey.. £25 over here.. Yea good stuff while it lasts, i find after being on it for a week or two you dont get much hit of it, its like ur body can tolerate it.
Can anyone recommended a cutting diet plan. Limit the wheat/bread it causes me lots of acid and discomfort although I love it. Been struggling to cut fat for years. (love my food)...

right guys how the hell are you meant to drink 4-6 litres of water a day! I forced myself to drink just over a litre today and it was tough going. i'll be pisssing like a race horse if i drink anymore! lol
