Glanza V - New Wheels (JDM and RARE)


So swapped my Rota GT3's the other day.









Wedssports H&K JTM, only weigh about 5kg a wheel, and are rare.

And there was a problem with the zeta ii I bought, so i'm getting a zeta iii instead.

 
Shame i never got a chance to see this at Crail xD

i also hated the standard seats but luckily when i bought it, it had allready got a Recaro speed fitted on a bride rail ( recaro speed is the same as the standard EK9 seats ;) )

It had a HKS superdragger on there also... this rotted through and to replace it would have been alot of money. i replaced it with a Japspeed exhaust.. Amazing quality, larger diameter than the Hks and a much much better fit... and the best part it was second hand for £250... back box and centre section leading all the way to the decat :D if you ever need to replace the exhaust i highly advise going with japspeed.. at first i thought it would be pretty poor being so cheap and not a massive famous brand but i was stunned at the quality. :D food for though ;)

Recognise this, my brother's old car. Remember bringing it home and having a rummage about and finding the JAM ecu, don't think they're very common. Whereabouts is the car now? Want to see if its still looking tidy haha
 
So i've not updated this in AGES.

Done a few wee things to the car recently.

Fitted an OMP Corsica 330mm deep dish wheel.
Bought an OEM 3 point rear brace.
Serviced the car.
Fixed my crank seal oil leak.

MOT'd it, which it passed with just an advisory for the oil leak.

I've bought a boost controller, just need a 2.5" system so I can get it mapped.

Also possibly have an original Bride Zeta to go with my Zeta III.

No idea, i'm not on toyotagtturbo.

Trying to source a well priced externally wastegated mani for screamer pipe noise!
 
My mates just done it to his and the noise just made me need it!

Plus it'll hold boost better with it!

Possibly sell bits off the car to fund a cage as well!
 
Im sure they have now managed to make up a screamer pipe for the internally gated ct9 that seals the gases from between the exhaust and the wastegate flap, i had the old style one on my ep82. sounded mental but like a tractor at idle. they brought out the new downpipe after i finally sold my 3rd ep82 after blowing the engine :(
 
They're bringing new stuff out all the time for these.

Was it your bro who I bought this car from ? The guy was buying a corolla ?
