nice wee car you have there, nearly bought one a few years ago. interior just put me off.

looks good, i really like these am looking in to buying one soon

Nice car mate, i've got a fully forged 5E :) they're so much fun!

Good looking car mate, these cars are great fun, my mate had one which was really quick.

Nice dude, had seen that one for sale .

i miss my little Glanza V.. the little bastards often put ek9's to shame.. I know mine was faster than my Ek9 and it was only running 175 hp on the standard turbo :D

I was thinking of buying a glanza lately myself just for a bit of fun. They are nice to look at & cheap too. Nice little car well ware

I got it from Dumfries, it used to be local to me for a bit as well.

And its great fun and handles ok, nothing like a Civic handling wise though.

And i've already shown my mates EP3 the ropes haha ;)

Thought I recognized the reg, used to see it parked up along from my mates.

Very tidy motor.

So here's a spec list.

I've purchased a Greddy emanage blue, new oil feed lines and a silicone oil return for it.

Plans are;

Buy electronic boost controller, external wastegated mani and 38mm external wastegate, get it mapped to 1bar.

New seats, hopefully some Recaro's.

Amber Corners

Possibly some new wheels.

Opinions?

nice spec dude, ! bar on the Td04 will see some nice power :D

let us know how you get on bud.

nice car mate, these dont need to be mapped to run 1 bar!?

Definitely advisable with a TD04 though don't you think ?

the standard turbo's can run 1 bar safely aslong as there fueling properly, the td04 is more suited to run around 200 bhp and around 1.3 bar but id have the internals forged before id put a 1.3 engine that high.

Standard fuel cut is .8bar so running 1bar will be pretty difficult...... Yes he says he has a FCD but no mention of a RRFPR.
So the best thing he could do is get the Emanage blue.
Also the standard turbos are hairdryers at 1bar and will not last long.

Td04 at a bar when setup right will be a hoot to drive. Been there done that.

TGTT ain't a bad forum,, damm slow moving though compared to the phenomenon we know as EK9.org :D
Loved the fact i had a JAM ECU... air filter, full exhuast and a Jam Ecu made 171 Hp still with the FMIC :D went like **** of a shovel once i had stripped everything out of it :D

Would love to drive one of these with 250+ hp :wow: :naughty:
