Ek4 trouble


Took all vacuum hoses off and checked them doesn't seem to be any cracks or splits in them changed spark plugs and still idling at 500rpm I'll maybe give it to a mechanic to see. Ran a test on the diagnostic plug and the eml stayed on and was just getting abs codes

13 front left wheel sensor
16 rear right wheel sensor
18 rear left wheel sensor
54 fail safe relay
61 ignition voltage
81 central processing unit cpu

Could any other be related I know abs is to do with brakes
 
I'm going to see my mate he's a mechanic see if he will set the bass idle and check the timing
 
Think I have found the problem my iacv was faulty and was only throwing a code when the car was warm
 
Is this normal idle

I bought a working dizzy and have it on done what you told me to do with the idle and reset the timing. Adjusted the throttle cable small bit of slack on it. My mechanic used to work for honda and he said if it jumped a tooth that the vtec would not engage correctly.ill recheck the tps voltage but it hasn't moved off my marks
 
Car is starting deadon but have noticed recently that on first start up say in morning time or if the cars been sitting all-day in work carport when I go to start the engine light would come on as I'm turning the key but would be very dull

2 earths
3 cat my be blocked
4 HT leads going bad
5 iacv
6 a arckin main relay
7 leak down test bad valves
8 plugs
10 map sensor and tps not mixed up .
Clean up all your earths first and make sure battery is good .
 
Mechanic got back to me and said that there was traces of water in my fuel tank and that one of my injectors could be sticking
 
Cost me 30quid he got as much out as he could and put in fuel system cleaner and I put in 30quid of super so I'll run it on it for a while but would it need time to clear the system not sure if he checked everything but I wrote him a list of everything that I have done and changed he said idle was grand and timing was spot on. But the hesitation is still there and now the revs drop right down to near stalling and then pick up again
