Nice work :nice: Hows does the car feel with coilovers compared to standard suspension?
I thought the Red stiched gear gaitor was on EK9's as standard or is it only for the RX editions?

Before the cage went in lovely! Got it set up very well but the extra weight is effecting something at the mo so getting allignment done again and thinking i will up the rear spring rate to 10kg/mm.

Stiched gaitor is only RX from what i've herd. :nice:

Update.

I want the front one now!!! :angry2:

i have that same strut brace sitting in my room. looks mega thick.

Nice! Although seeing as its stripped i would have gone for a rear strut brace without trim dodging brackets, would be even stiffer ;)

Good work though, nice to see you never gave up after the damage to the old car :nice:

sleeping with a strut brace ? thats jdm:p

PMSL

forget the spoon front strut and get yourself the 3 point ;)

Possibly but i'm kinda getting into a Spoon theme :secret:

Thanks mate i wanted some more Spoon parts. I love there parts. I know there are better parts on the market but i'm sure they are small differences.

Watch this space though lots more to come..... :p

Yup i do like the spoon also ;)

The front upper strut brace made a difference on mine, much stiffer than the oem brace as it actually joins the suspension mounting points :)

Thats what i was thinking the OEM doesn't really do much.

good to see that ebay rubbish out of there ian:) i know what else hes got all i can say is rich bitch ;P hehe!!

coming along really well dude! those 4point rear braces are nice but im sure your spoon one will be more than sufficient with the cage in aswell! :D ive got a spoon front brace and was considering a 3point but tbh since puting the H-brace on the bottom its more than tight enough for the moment! keep the updates coming man!

go carbing 3 pt ;) probably the best looking best functional brace out there

I have this, it's an amazing bit of kit. Probably the best 3 point brace out there on the market, other than the Rigid one! If you get it, make sure you get the Silver aluminium one, not the white steel one!

Oem red brace is not worth 50p in my opinion, it's absolutely wank lol

The car is very stiff as it is just need to tie the front lower in and its sorted. I too have just bought a Spoon front. Not been a big fan of the 3 Points. No particular reason.

Spoon Yellow cam cover. I'm going to redo this so it's perfect for when the B18C is fitted.
