Im in the process of building b20, and have read and heard different timing belts people use, what would be the correct one to use and what tensioner also?. Im running a 22 tooth water pump.

You match the timing belt to the water pump. And ideally you want to be using the b16b/b18c timing belt and water pump. Using a b20 water pump will cause cavitation at high rpm due to it's under geared nature.

Your 22t water pump is B16/b18 so use the itr timing belt to match it.

Also look at using a new oil pump.

I use an ITR oil and water pump on my B20 and so far 80k miles hassle free(20k boosted)

I use a Greddy timing belt for a b18c, worth the extra cost as above
