Hi guys I have an issue when i step on the gas full throttle. The rpm climbs then pauses for a moment at 3500rpm then continues to rise again. It happens more frequent during hot days and the car feels weaker. Car is ek b18c. Anyone know the issue? Video for reference:

Thanks for the reply guys. Ive tried cleaning the iacv, tb and intake. It doesnt bring up a CEL, and it never used to do this. I sprayed for vacuum leaks, and couldnt find any. The tps was also replaced when i got a new throttle body. Any more ideas :/
