rpm issue

Hi guys

I have an issue when i step on the gas full throttle. The rpm climbs then pauses for a moment at 3500rpm then continues to rise again. It happens more frequent during hot days and the car feels weaker.

Car is ek b18c. Anyone know the issue?

That's quite bizarre, a better longer video showing it happen more than once with no music in the background would help, it would be helpful to hear the engine note clearly,

My first thoughts were are the brakes binding and clutch slipping a bit?
