as above folks is it worth while to do a bottom end build on a b16b?? as in pistons bearings etc if so what pistons??? are acl the best bearings to use???? wat compression can the b16b run and wat wud be the max power from a fully built one on a dd

well folks im stuck in a dark place i had the car dynoed again as its been off the road nearly 3 months due to power issues and im still no better off its a b16b so on the dyno it is showin that vtec is crossing over at 6k but not takin off till 7.5k /8k no amount a tunning has helped in...

well folks as my previous thread said i dyno'd my car with; itg airbox decat remap this made 176 on a dyno dynamics ..... so i bought then ; buddyclub header and exhaust the car made a max of 170 , even with tunnin no power could be made upon vtec ..... so i stripped it...

well lads just rebuilt my dizzy the whole lot coil/igniter/arm/cap and new leads so let it warm up idles fine no bothers took it for a spin and when I was hitting a 3k rpm the rev needle will shoot up and down and die to zero den when I stop and start again the needle will idle fine took it...
