Just need some basic info for wiring up an amp/sub please.

Where is the best grommet for feeding the power cable through?
Where is the best place to hide all the wires in the interior?
Where, in the boot, is the best place to earth the amp?

Thanks, and pics would be good.

Cheers again.

The best gromet in a hatchback is the one just to the left of the battery assuming that you are english its about six inches down from it.

take the interior panels off on side ( left if u use that gromet ) put the cable in then replace the panels job done. You could have worked that one out yourself !

I drilled a hole in my boot sanded the paint off then attached the earth with a self tapping screw. Easiest way by far.

Il put some pics up l8er on

Yeah, just haven't owned a Honda before, not sure how to remove the panels but then I haven't actually had a look.

Cheers though mate.:nice:

Oh and yes, I am english.

i found the easiest way to attach the earth is to just unbolt one of the seat bolts the attach it under there and tighten it back up save drilling holes. but im sure the other way works just as well, i agree with the rest its really not hard.

Yeah sounds it, wasn't trying to sound dense.. Its just the 1st Honda let alone Civic I've ever owned.

Thanks again.

Why bother fitting heavy subs and amps. This is the only in car entertainment you will need :nice:
