Wiper, fog light and alarm system is not working after alternator problem!!!

I realized my battery was smoking when I was driving and voltage of battery was around 16, I changed my battery and alternator right away but after change battery and alternator Wiper, fog light and alarm system is not working. funny thing is wiper motor is working but 1 step of wiper is not working(2nd and 3rd is fine) at all and sometime it stays and never move it back to normal position....some people said my ecu is burnt or some of wire was burn do you guys have any idea? if some of wire is burn than it is hassle for me...

let me know if you guys have any idea!
 
check all you're fuses first. if all them are still good then it would suggest you have a wiring issue and possibly some of them are shorting out on eachother.
