according to reviews these works and at the circuit too full race is better i believe.

I had Avid traction bars on two of my old EF grandpas and they were great.

Yeah for drag racing i understand but for road racing i dont see the point. Can someone please explain

oscarsayco, keeps the wheels planted better, more tire contact should translate into faster lap times [pending skills].

Similar but not the same are motor mounts, soft will allow front wheel hop, hard will decrease front wheel hop. Less hop should translate into better lap times due to more tire contact allowing the car to grip and move forward sooner and faster.

Full race are cheaper direct. I think if your looking for chassis mods for a circuit car I would look at poly bushes, Rose jointed bottom and top arms.

^I agree^ ...there are other ways to achieve the same result as said by rs250nut, if on a road course. Traction bar is still good for drag use tho.

anyone had fitted a traction bar onto ek9 ??
or any civic si with the pressed type front lcas ??

i heard about tire catching the rods of the traction bar etc...
