hello folks i think this has been discussed b4 but i cant seem to find it

my teg windows are really slow like they are struggling to close.

is there anything i can do to free them up think there is something i can put on them but i cant find the thread

iirc a mate of mine had this problem with his SiR CRX and he used silicone grease in the rubber guides just in front of the wing mirrors! do you notice they get quicker for a day or so after you have cleaned it?

Yep sillicon spray on all the rubbers round the window. I always do it;)
 
I use a silicone grease called shin etsu grease, available at any honda dealership. You will want to pull off the inner door panel and lube up the rubber window tracks.
 
u can buy rubber seal grease in spray cans(like wd40) i used to have the same problem wit the windows of my track car an sprayed it done the seals an the windows were like new after!i think holts make it
