Rear scarebird drum to disc help

Hey all quick question so i’m thinking of using the scarebird brackets to go from rear drum to disc but the question i have since once you pull out everything can you swap the 4 lug hub to a 5 lug hub? I want to go 5lug in the rear using either ctr,itr or even rsx hubs on the back and thinking of using the CRV 5 lug swap in front. Btw i have a 98 civic hatch in Texas. Pic is of the actual scarebird bracket.

So from my memory
The crv hubs take a 36mm driveshaft. good for kswap thats using oem EP3 R or dc5r shafts

If you get rear disc brake conversion. The bearing bit that comes with th 5 lugs on it can go on, but honed development make a bracket taht allows it to work with the oem 4 lug disc conversion. Just by replacing it with a 5 stud one.

Fronts u can get the bearing and hub bit and it should work fine but costley
