About a week or so ago, I gave my breaks a much needed upgrade. I had looked around at the various choices and eventually went for Stoptech dics and project MU pads.

After doing the various breaking tests they list in the box to bed in then driving for about a week a got a good feel for them.

So after a blast down afew country roads a the weekend I would recommend this upgrade to EVERYONE AND ANYONE !! The breaking difference between these and the old breaks (even when they were new) is very noticeable, Im found breaking too early for corners and getting it wrong because the stopping power is more than am allowing for. Just last night was driving down the motorway (highway) and a truck pulled out in front of me doing very low speed, I slammed on the archors and though id just miss it and stopped about 5 car lengths short, much to my relief !! :) and although they are harsh when you really apply them, on the road they feel perfect for day to day use, the only one complaint I would have with them is there does seem to be quiet alot of break dust build-up from them !! Anyways, see pics below, I think the pads look great , they stand out green even now with the wheels back on, will try and get some videos of break tests :nice:
