yea its not gonna be made for ''race'' use people call them race spec/race base/n1 just cos they have no recaros/leccy windows etcand are lighter
 
come on guys dont u kno ur honda's lol it's called a RACE BASE ek9 a 2000 Rx is different altogether an there ant a RS so... RACE BASE spec as follows:-
This is a lightweight edition of the ek9, produced by Honda for the Japanese market. These models are very rare in the UK. This is a proper track car but can also be used on the road as a daily runner. This car also benefits from 5 extra bhp from the normal ek9 so is 190 bhp standard.

To save the weight the car has no abs, aerial, airbags, red recaro interior, electric windows and no sound deadening.

The car has power steering which is very response and gives a lot of control. There is also air conditioning fitted due to the heat in Japan.
 
E-EK4 not too sure where you got that information about the 5 bhp extra? I havent heard of that, all Ek9's are 185bhp factory standard, but I may be wrong.

The car looks really nice, bit too low I suspect, but I do like the front - also like the panels in the bumper sprayed white.

yo! fair play.. tho im fairly certain im right else wudn't have posted it ;-) not sure how they got 5bhp extra jus kno they were intended for track use usualy striped and fitted wid bucket seat of owners personal preference so intierior was kept simple but hey do some research and prove me wrong lol onl tryin2 lear things up!! but ur motor is REALLY clean lookin RS or not bet it was looked after being a demo car :) and cheers i love my SiR she does me fine sumwhere inbetween a vti an a ek9 an least its JDM wat u mean white bumper strips tho??? i've got white 15's now but the body work is black! easy
 
oh.. got ya lol yep ur vents in facelift bumper do look kl sprayed white :) and yer she is a lil low but looks the part! mines low too jus gota take it easy else ur be running over ur splitter! peace
