My car wont let me in!

getting into the car via the passanger door isnt a good look and if the passenger door does the same im in sh!t street lol... i cant open the drivers door from the outside, the outside handle is completly slack but i can open it once im in. The inside handle is fine

took the door card off and noticed a plastic clip(?) has broke and a spring has come off... does anyone know what goes wher? i cant find any decent pictures of locks on the net lol, hoping its similar to a ek?
