London to Brighton 31st May

Just thought some of you may be interested in this charity drive.

Below is what the organiser has asked me to put up;

On Sunday the 31st of May I am setting up a convoy. It will start from Thurrock services, going into London and down to Brighton.

I would like this event to be open to all Jap cars as I feel it’s an important event and its all for a worthy cause.

There will be a min fee for the convoy with all proceeds going to the Macmillan cancer support charity. The min donation will be £5 per car which can be paid on the day, after which you will receive a map.

This event is in the planning stages at the moment, so exact times are to be confirmed; just trying to get some idea of how many would be up for this. If any of you are on other forums, please feel free to spread the word.

This event is still going ahead with just over 50 cars confirmed at the moment, below is a few more details from the main organiser

yer ok meet at the thrrock services off the m25 j31 (a13) and follow round to the large car park try and get there betwwen 10.45am -11am i be there about 10.30 am i be in the black evo 8 there will be people waking around with mc-millain t-****s with buckets and maps when everyone leaves please leave in a normal safe manner as there will be lots of police around as they are aware that this event is going on so dont show your self up !!!!

now you dont have to attend this a last venue but it is up to you you can pop in for a orange juice or too or a bite to eat or the other option is drive back down to the front ?

i hope you lot have a good time and do loads of photos for the day ( but try and use your own camera not the polices as they charge £60 for a photo lol
