well when i had my hid's in my car anytime i got pulled over i was asked whats the story with ur lights? also any lights that have a hint of blue in ur lights are illegal as ur headlights car only be yellow or white.

retro fit fitting hids is completely different to lobbing a set into ur civic

did u do ur nct recently because i had to change both of my headlight bulds because they weren't giving proper light distribution. the bulds were only 4 months old max.

I can't comment on your light setup. I don't know what HID kit you have, how they were fitted..etc.. I can only comment on my own set up, I have gone through loads of check points and the most garda do is look at the tax, insurance and NCT. Regards the nct, I can't say why yours failed and mine passed. I've passed twice with them now and so have a lot of other civics.

My point is that you can't comment on my setup as you don't know my set up and I can't comment on yours for the same reasons. All I'm stating is that mine work perfect, no hassle from garda and pass the NCT. Unfortunately your experiences are different
