ICB Japan Pursuit - v - Spoon Sports seats

Hi All

Im currently researching carbon seats.

Ive spotted these ICB ones which are made by Esqueleto in Japan > https://www.icbmotorsport.com/icbjapumkifu2.html

They look very similar to the Spoon Sports Gen3.

Are they the same seat ? ie: made by the same manufacturer does anyone know ?
