i want to make my integra fast without a turbo

its a 97 spec engine with 4.4 final drive its quick as it is i think ? whats do you racon i should do to it an prices ?ive heard loads of different things ? like neptune ecu, inspector an so on toda manifold 98 spec manifold high lift cam skung stange two or stage three skimmed head ect i want to get good power out of it whats is your best opinion ???????? thax lads an girls 8-D
