We are able to offer a full injector service including new seals and filters and a full report

D and B series top feed injector servicing Is £45 including parts. The price includes delivery back to you.

Here's a breakdown of the process:

All injectors are physically inspected, resistance checked and bead blasted (top feed only) before the initial testing stage.
Your injectors will then be leak tested, flow checked for flow volume, spray pattern and any variance between injectors recorded.
The next stage involves removing the standard seals and filters followed by an intense ultrasonic bath in a special injector cleaning solution, during this process the injectors are energised to allow the ultrasonic pulses to clean deep inside the injector.
Following the ultrasonic process the injectors are fully energised and back flushed with injector fluid, this ensures that any particles remaining within the injector are flushed out away from the pintle.
For the next stage your injectors are fitted with new o rings and seals and a new high flow filter element.
The injectors are then reloaded in to the flow bench for the final test, they will be checked for peak open flow (100% duty) and checked at various rev and duty ranges from idle speed up to 10,000rpm to ensure a good spray pattern at all load and rpm ranges.
A comprehensive report will be filled detailing the before and after results of your injectors health and performance. The injectors will then be lightly oiled and packaged up with the report and sent back to you.

Just wanted to give some feedback on this service as no one seems to have used it so far on here.

I had a set of B series injectors re worked by Spirit9 in May ready for my new engine. Overall very happy with the results, the finished products were spot on and the service was great.

As you can see from the data in the first table, the spray pattern and volume efficiency was vastly improved.

Spoke To Matt on the phone and Stew via email. Both were very helpful and ensured a quick turnaround for me as I was in a hurry to get them back and fitted.

I hope you don't mind me putting up some photos???

Can't tell a difference as a result of them directly as its a whole new engine with different cams etc...

But as you can see from the first image, flow rate improved... (B series are intended to be 240cc)

Before 222/228/224/225 (cc)
After 235/236/236/235 (cc)

And as a result of the cleaning the spray pattern is much more even.

One thing I will say is that they are noticeably quieter than my old injectors, they started to tap a bit and these are quite quite.

*If you don't want to take your car off the road to get them done, I have a spare set now which I could sell you?

How long did it take from the day of posting them to the day you recieved then back mate

Cant remember exactly now, but was defiantly sent off and back within a working week.

You will have to find out from them exactly how soon it can be done, but they did say to me they would do mine as soon as they got them, and try and send them back off same day or next day.
