Ep2 oil in spark plug cylinder

Hi not shure if this is in the right section but I bought a ep2 1.6 se and it was difficult to start so checked to usual battery then when I checked the coil packs noticed on cylinder 4 there was oil in the cylinder been reading on other sites and people are saying its four plug seals on the rocker cover and then there are four further on down near the rockers..if any one knows what this problem is please share thanks..
