Hi. i went on the 1/4 and im not happy with my times, it was 14,8@94mph
60ft wasnt bad. something like 2.3-5 on street tires

the mods are
energy suspension motor mounts
lightened flywheel
new exedy clutch kit
2,5'' exhaust.
Yowaii ss intake
p30 ecu with Type r map.

I have b16 throttle body. I was wondering if thats the problem ?

I was hoping to get 13.9@100mph

there's plenty things: gearbox, weight, maybe bad shifting :)
throttle body in b18c6 is 62mm, in b16a2 60mm, so yes, that has an impact too

What exhaust manifold are you using? Cat converter still part of exhaust system? What inlet manifold also since you have b16 tb? You need to get b18 tb and I'd change the air intake, maybe to it air box! Then lose some weight from the car. I've a h22 eg that weighs a lot less

it doesnt have cat converter, intake manifold is itr. and itr header.

I got mine down to 12.9.

It ran 13.6 full weight, with just bolt on's...

Your 60ft isnt very good, there is 0.8 to be gained easily there with a 2.0 60ft.

yeah thats awesome, it was really sunny. mabie thats part of it.
dont know what the main reason is

Would have thought the B18 to be running alot faster than high 14's

I managed average of around 14.2/14.5 and that was with my B16A. Just a 60mm exhaust system fitted, passenger seat and rear seats removed. On everyday road tyres.

There are ton's a variable's with 1/4 mile times though.

I ran 13.6 in my EG B18C4 with a few bolt on's so you should be looking for better times than that, but a good start

1040kg,start with that, get it stripped my dc2 is 960-970 with 2 seats and cage :)

I would dyno run/tune your engine just to make sure everything is okay (some lumps/setups just don't hit what you'd expect)

yes, ive just installed new throttle body, now i have 68mm port matched omni power, it had b16a2 thrttle body ! wich is not good.

i will see if that will make some difference. and my 60ft time was 2,8sec. wich is bad

the car weights 1040kg. and i weight 78kg.
shifting isnt problem :)

we all say shifting is not a problem!! after a few test i did as i am the driver for most of the type-rs for races...its not about how hard you shift and pull the gears!! its all about synchronizing your foot with the hand and then heel and toe pedal for gas and clutch if you learn to do this really fast but dont make your wheel even lose a half round on 3rd and 4th gear and the 2nd gear just pulls no spin then your ok with shifting !! thats my opinion!!
p.s. sry for my bad explanation am not very good with english :)

Your trap speed seems to be very low. Something isn't right, look at your engine. Your 60ft times are poor, thats all down to driving technique that will get better with practice.

I ran 13.75 @ 103mph in my stock engine jdm DC2. Only mods were breathing mods and a flywheel. That was on road tyre ( r888 ) and big fat bastard me inside ( 95kg )
