Reliable luxury car, dark blue, tan leather interior, Tiptronic auto, good service history, short month MOT but will be putting a fresh ticket on it, mechanically sound but bodywork has some cosmetic rust as with any older BMW.

Electric leather seats
CD changer (and a tape, very 90s)
Electric sunroof, windows, mirrors
Cruise control
Trip computer

Recent work:
2 new premium brand rear tyres, other two tyres have decent life in them still
Front brake disks and pads
Oil and filters changed
Automatic transmission fluid changed
Modified backboxes, sounds like a Nascar.

Has some of the usual E38 issues, pixels missing on the trip computer, fuel tank a little whiffy when filled with more than 20L (I get round this by not filling it fully, it can be easily fixed with a bit of steel putty), one reversing light is a bit flaky (not an MOT fail), aircon needs re-gas.

No dashboard warning lights, never has been any during my ownership.

Easily has several years left in it, only selling as I no longer need the car due to change of jobs.

I bought the car from a lad in Aberdeen in July, drove it faultlessly to Falkirk, then to York at my place of work the following day. The car sat for 9 weeks when i had a broken arm and was off work until last Monday 19th Oct, with a jump start the car drove faultlessly yet again. Drove it from York to Falkirk again last Thursday and the car was spot on.

Pretty certain this will fly through an MOT with no problems.

The car is just short of 300bhp and is pure luxury.

£1500ono - consider PX with a cheap diesel runner for new job (commute changing from 4 miles a day to 80)

Cheers

Steve
