Changing Profile Pic

This may seem a stupid question to some.
How do you change the profile pic???
I added one but now i can't figure out how you change it.

Select a avatar, or browse in your computer and select your photo, then click on save changes tab at the bottom. And thats it

I forgot the pic is called an Avatar, lol.
