Bodywork Issue!!

Hi guys

I'll get straight to the point, my drivers rear quarter panel has just became far too rotten its produced a hole at the bottom..just right beside the end side skirt

Basically all i need to know is a recommended panel beater or coachbuilder that repairs these? Also has to be local to Glasgow area.
