hey guys how's everything?

i hardly visit the site anymore bcz & i don't have any internet at work anymore!!! so i visit whenever possible. i have a problem... i changed my brake pads a couple of months ago to some ebc green stuff pads. i installed them myself. the front ones went on no problem. When i put the back ones on & went for a drive, i can hear the back ones scrape against the rotor. i thought it was bcz the were new & would bed in, but it hasn't changed. what the hell is going on??!!! HELP ME PLS!!!!

Check for rocks or scraping on the the rotor. If it looks smooth, try bedding in the brakes. Go from 60 to 10 mph by slowing down @ 80% braking force each time, speed up and repeat that 10 times without stoppping or letting the brakes cool between runs. After that, just drive around and don't stop until the brakes have had time to cool. If they still make a scraping noise, you could either keep using them and see if it goes away (because it may take a while for that bed-in material to go away), or switch out to another rear pad, like ones from Hawk.

thanks mate!! i'll give that a go & c what happens!

the bed in surface doesnt take long to wear off the ebc pads o reckon ur rear discs could be warped or somethin stuck in between the pads an discs
