aircon drain clogged?

i just travelled about 80+ km today due to the approaching summer its very hot in here...so i used the aircon after like 60+ km of travel i noticed dripping below the glovebox so i was guessing it was normal due to the aircon condensation(is that the right scientific term?) but after few more k.m when i swerve to right or left the dripping became like a glass of water was pouring my passenger side carpet got damped..so i turned off the a.c and its so hot..

what is the blackbox circled in red for? i suspect the water came from there..
