i thought it was a summons and a ban unless the circumtances with work or mobility were an issue etc.

To be honest your actually lucky you got caught in england see if it was in scotland you would of easily got 6month ban!

Easy tiger, ive seen the city centre friday, saturday and sunday nights and its not fun, just full of Arseh**es i lamped a guy for taking my mirror off driving like a tosser..... ne way....

There was only one other car on the road, it was dry, ive never even had points on my license there gonna take this into account and ive spoke to my lawyer he said you would be lucky to get anything more than a 3 month ban and even at that, thats quite harsh for any stretch of the imagination...

I dont think ill be getting the EK ne more
