I am quite temped with a yellow one.... really like yellow cars and how they stand out... but I think might will have to be white as said its a bit of a trade mark and that I have own/owned 2 yellow cars lol

Thanks for that mate, well it will be a 'wet' kit that would be installed. I understand that it is a 1.6 - a very well made 1.6 :) its either I spend ££££'s on a turbo kit/supercharger kit or ££££'s on N/A tuning or I could spend approx of £700 all in fitted for an extra 25-50bhp not...

Best way to be!! Not only that if your car is really low.... one more reason to get rid of them!

If anything I will be using the wizards of NOS kit which comes with a fuel and nitrous solenoids so I think there shouldnt be any tuning needed.... if so I will just get my boss to do it somehow :D lol Has anyone on here actaully been using nitrous on their EK9? Mike

Sure will do that if I end up with nitrous and I know what you mean by not having it always there.... but good old UK weather it will never put the power down - I can get my Ibiza to spin up in 4th in wet conditions thats only 190ish bhp but does have like 300lb/ft! Anyway we shall see :)...

Reminds me of a Evotuning heatshield gasket for the 1.8 20VT It reduces the intake temps of about 30Degrees per runner on the 1.8 20VT I take it, it might do something the same for the B16B? Very pricey! Group buy anyone?!

Well... is it worth doing it? At work we fit Quaife ATB diffs all the time the VAG range As the EK9 CTR has a LSD diff as standard... is it worth uprating it? If so what would you go for?
