    no Engine Knock (unless your maxing your injectors or your map sensor which on your particular engine model is VERY unlikely unless your running a Turbo kit in which case you'd be running an additional map sensor with the power fc on a Honda) NOT good mate. gimme a shout if you get stuck...

    I tune many hondas with both the Power FC , S300 or KPro The Stock Honda ECU is a very nice piece of kit and will retain many factory settings such as cold start etc etc If you can get a POWER FC cheap then go for it otherwise you can simply use your stock ECU and have the engine tuned with...

    best bet is S300 or something like that in order to have FULL control. Its weird from a tuners persective and amazing still that many will throw fortunes on parts etc etc but hardly anyone will dip into their pocket for Engine Management :(

    they are ok, but best if the ignition timing can be tuned. Power doesnt just come from fine tuning AFR. You MUST attend to the ignition timing correctly in order to ensure the engine is running safely. Ignition timing can also ONLY REALLY be done correctly using a Dyno. Hope this helps

    different readings in PEAK POWER can be affected by many factors... Dyno manufacture The way the car is STRAPPED down. The amount of strap torque used Pressure in the tyres themselves Ambient Temperatures and in-house dyno conditions inlet air temperatures i could go on and on.... ;)

    My point to every driver whos car I tune exactly. its drivability to me that is most important. NOT the maximum power that the car can peak too. its gains mid range. Your average ROAD CAR doesnt LIVE at the top end of the rev range. Lets face it and be realistic.

But most cars in general dont make their factory claimed fig and you can always go on this as the quality of fuels and oils used can vary from refinery and country. Also ambient temps and heaps...
