as far as im aware B16b and B16a crank stroke is the same....so shouldnt effect your compression ratio.
Put the same pistons in a B18c however and the compression will shoot up.
Do you need to stick with a 1600cc to meet regulations? an over bore will put you over that is all...

if your concerned with over cooling the oil on the road then a simple block over the cooler when not on track will fix that.

ive had 2 of the 3 turbos you mention.
i couldnt get 1.7bar out of my gtx2867 gen1 though, too much intake heat and it was clearly fading away at the top of the rev range.
i jumped from that to a gtx3071r gen1, also stepped up from 0.63 to 0.82 AR exhaust housing.
mine gets the full 1.7bar by...
