Okay will do, I haven't got that plastic cover inside the dizzy anymore as it was buggered from the loose screw smashing around in there. Is that an issue do you think?

UPDATE I installed the new ICM (Rover part as Yazza suggested - Thanks dude) Was a bit of an arse as my dizzy had the two bolts on the outside to remove it, meaning I had to take the Vtec unit off to get to them - but all sorted. Put everything back together and started her up, THE SAME...

Cheers Yazza, I will give it a go. It has to be dizzy related, the car was spot on until that bolt came out and chewed the insides to bits! Where did you get yours?

Right, my car ran sweet then one day i turned the key and it was missfiring and all sorts. Turned out my rotor arm screw fell out causing some damage to the cap etc. Replaced the rotor, cap and coil pack. Also took the opitunity to change oil and spark plugs. Now my car struggles to start...
