I think I may go for a set of mg callipers and mg discs just get the hole set up off one car. Makes it a bit easier so I know it will all bolt up to each other

Are the mg callipers as good performance wise as the ek9 callipers?

also can i use the discs off of any mg no matter what the year? or is there a certain year i need?

so have you done this conversion on yours then bro?? would be good if you have just to give me some info on how hard to do it and and stuff

okay guys i can get the front callipers & carriers seccond hand for £170 and the rears for £130. Now i know with the fronts I will run the mg ZS180 discs and fredoo pads but what discs do i run on the rear that will be the correct size but 4 stud??

oh and will the rear ek9 callipers fit? and if so what discs do i run?

are the mg discs the same thickness then? and is it worth doing an ek9 rear calliper conversion aswell? are both the mgzs180 and mgzr160 discs 282mm then buddy? sorry bout all the questions just dont really know much about the brake side of things lol

and with the carriers they would bolt straight up to 4 stud vti hubs?? will i notice a difference going with the ek9 callipers and 282mm discs

Okay guys so i have got an ek4 and i want to do a brake upgrade to it and run 282mm discs, but i dont want to change it to 5 stud due to just buying brand new buddy club wheels. So basically what calippers and carriers do i need? also what discs and pads would people advise to run with them...

they dop look like spoon shocks but take them off and have a look
