Not sure on weight but would assume that they would. I do know that the front one is quite heavy, maybe around 10kgs at a guess. The rear is much lighter and another guess would be approx 4-5kgs.

Yes mate they tilt, and have lumbar support through an air pump, leg support through a front pull out and if you wired them in electric powered runners.
