both engines are pretty identical weight with the b18 having more torque and power, so in your car the b18 would be faster than your b16. Or for the same difference again you could get a b20 for an easy 220bhp

stock b16a2 front end was heavier than my h2b due to losing a few ancillaries, but the engine sits forwards on the axles so is noticable without handling upgrades jordon you should speak to kaizenspeed and become a UK distributor of their h2b baffled oil pans :) and tell the guys about them...

fingers crossed for this, theres nothing more annoying than getting a large engine in and having endless problems

in my opinion you get what you pay for, parts like buddy club/skunk2 are on the expensive end of cheap and the actual build quality isnt there. Id say avoid "JDM" parts as much as you can and stick to eibach suspension parts, i ditched my skunk2 front camber arms after seeing the eibach pair.
