so if i go turbo route for about 250bhp what would i be lookign at needing and what sorta price am i looking?

i am gettign a standard ek4 witht the b16 engine. im lookign at my options to go with itb's, turbo, charger or k20 swap. what im interested in is wht would be needed to run itb's and what could i expect to gain in figures with rough costs involved. thanks
