does anyone know if the standard ek9 inlet manifold can be port matched to 70mm to fit a spoon 70mm throttle body? if not looks as if buyin buddy club manifold which can be ported to 75mm :) any help or if any1 has ported there standard manifold be glad to hear from uz. cheers

does anyone know where i can buy a spoon big throttle body 70mm from. either online or in the uk. and for a reasonable price, ive seen them priced anywhere from £400 to £700 :S just wondering if any1 has a idea wot a good price for this is and where to buy it. cheers

any idea on amounts of oil i wud need for a engine oil change & gearbox oil change? cheers

yeah tht helps a lot :) thot it was a type R but got confused when reading up on the net and sites etc sayin the rx came with the folding mirrors etc but regardless its still a excellent car tbh

the red stuff pads are good semi ceramic pads, so work better when hot. there not in yet but my pal had red stuff pads on his s2000 and sed he cudnt fault them at all, al keep u posted on noise when i fit them tho :D only dwn side is 200 miles beddin in period, which they say no emergency...

cudnt tell yi tbh, as far as i know its just standard with the induction kit manifold and exhaust. but unless the boys evo was ****ed i cudnt say. by time his turbo wound up i was already thru the vtec into 2nd and a car length in front

i just got mines insured like 2 weeks ago, and the guy thot they was stopping insurin them, but then realised he made a mistake and they wud insure me, i wud try fonin again and get sum1 different

im with admiral aswell. had 2 claims & 6 points off of my last car and still they were over 600 less than anywhere else, plus when i fone its usually sum1 in wales i speak to so no language barriers to cross so to spk. my car has 83000 miles on it and i wudnt be payin 1400-2000 to insure it tbh...

yeah i foned them about the start of july and put a deposit down straight away to stop any1 from buyin it, soon as i seen it i wanted to make sure no1 else got there 1st lol. yeah got new rear and front badge the other day, still need fit the front 1 tho, just got new red stuff pads as well...
