Should I change the oil before a track day and after? (transmission oil & engine oil) I'm already doing this but I want to make sure it's necessary. I don't have a crazy whp engine. I only have a B20/vtec with 156 whp, so maybe using Torco MTF instead of the Torco RTF? Even if I have a Spoon LSD?

Alright So i'll make sure to change the oil every engine oil change.

Thanks for the reply. It's mainly for track. But I'll drive the car on the street too. If I use Torco oil, do I need to change the oil every engine oil change?

Hi all, Sorry if its a repost but I found soooo many information and im confused. I just bought a Spoon LSD (clutch type) Wich oil Tatsuru Ishichima recommend? (I had the chance to have a ride with him in his GE8, but I forgot to asked him!) Thanks guys
