your b16b ecu should be OBDIIb which means the Harness which ur using assuming is ur ek9 harness will plug and play, only thing is a b18c ecu is different to a b16b ecu it'll work and run for sure, not as smooth maybe but still will do the job. you can use the 98 spec harness as well and then...
