I've been told silencers don't fit, are there any good small ones?

Oh there are no sound limits in my country for the race tracks, I'm talking about street legal silent (possibly under 100db) :p Would I be forced to use a larger tailpipe just to be able to insert silencer on occasions or are there better alternatives?

I'm running a b20VTEC ek9 which has a considerably small exhaust (compared to most other ones I see) but it's still extremely loud. What sort of modifications are suggested to lower noise that will not have any chance of damage on the engine and lose lots of power? Do those magnaflow exhausts...
