Had it happen on two of my cars now, even rebuilt the calipers on my saxo, then replaced them completely, two sets of juddering discs later and the only thing left I hadn't changed was the pads
Been fine on the 9 till recently and now it has judder just like the saxo. Doesn't seem to just be me, know an s2000 and another saxo that have had the exact same problem after a while. Just think they're totally overrated. Probably fine for tootling about roads though
I have had the judder. Cleaned up the carriers and filed the paint off the pads where they mate to the carriers and all was well. Ive destroyed redstuff pads in the same way you have destroyed the 2500s. The pad gets stuck on the carrier and cant move away from the disc. Heating the pad up, giving you horrible judder and a crap brake peddle.
Heres hoping the new setup provides trouble free braking.
