X-Mas Top Trumps Anyone?

"Money spent in total" would be a better category than others stated IMO

would be like a "who has the biggest ***** forum" tho. no??

great idea,

bhp
torque
jdm points
height

maybe wheel points wit an agreement made by members as to point allocation, or km/miles per tank?

great idea and something i'd well be interested in

Maybe 'Ride Height' would be a better name than 'Lowness'? I was thinking it would be measured from the center of the hub to the wheel arch vertically.

And I think the last category might be 'Mileage' which will be whatever your odometer shows converted to miles. I actually think the plainer design looked better:

I'd probably do about 6 different colour combos. Opinions? Also need a back design done for the cards, but would rather leave that to someone else.

The back - ek9.org logo?

The flag for your country is a good touch, but prefer user name to real name.

Maybe show the max points for JDM eg 0/100, how will you score this?

Yeh, I tried to find the logo that RVM used at x-mas with the santa hat on it but couldn't track it down, I'll have to PM him to get it, I'll try a few designs and see if I can get anything that looks half decent if no-one else wants a crack at it.

Did you see the username is in the middle of the card? So yours would read 'Haitch's K20 EK9' where mine is 'Championship White's B16b EK9' or do you mean just remove real names completely and only use the usernames?

I thought JDM Points would be one for every brand name part you have on the car which originated from Japan; so if you had two Spoon socks and a Mugen ECU you'd get 3 points. But you wouldn't get any points for UK or USA copies or parts.

I'm open to any suggestions though so if anyone has any ideas I'd be more than happy to try them.

yeah i really like the last design
and user names is probally better unless you do peoples full names
il get a mate to do some professional shots done of my car for this :nice:

I got the sample today, I would say the quality is about 8 or 9/10. The picture quality is good, the size is good and it comes in a clear plastic box. The only tiny criticism I have is the cutting process leaves a few tiny white marks on the outside of some of the cards, but they are only very tiny.

Here are some pictures:

Put me down for sure. I would defo like a set. And would like my car in the set even more.

Perhaps we need to start a proper list for all those who want to get in on this.

Perhaps a thread with a template for people to fill in along with explaination of all the points systems and a space for the photo to be used.

E.g THIS IS AN EXAMPLE ONLY!!!

Torque: (from same dyno sheet as above, I cant rember mine atm)

JDM Points: (1 Point for every brand name part on your car, evidence on your build up threads) e.g 4
