I'm looking to import this front end to the US but I cant seem to find it anywhere. Is it a certain style or a certain name I should look for? What would be a fair price to pay not including shipping? Oh and its going on a 97 Honda Civic 4dr.

basically this model is known as the MB civic in the UK and was only sold in the uk as its a UKDM car and frankley their not favourd that much over here

As far as I'm aware it wouldnt fit onto an EK chassis anyway as it was based on a completely different design shared with the Rover 400 (later called the 45 and also the MG ZS)

Whilst they did offer a VTiS with a version of the B18 in it, it's not as massively popular over here as the 3 door 6th gens

U will get it from the uk for sure there are a few people braking them
On here. The chassis is very similar to an eg iirc but im not sure if body panels can be interchanged never seen it attempted before as said they arent realy a desireable model over here.

Why do u want it? Purley to be different as ther arent any in the US?

Yes I want to have something different. Alot of people use the Acura Domani front end which looks similar. Im just looking for something different to do. Thanks for all the great info guys

I have seen several modified mb civics use the ek front end so why not happen vise versa? I used to think that the mb series uses an eg platform. Anyway the rover platform of those years was the same like honda only that rovers 4 series never had the same front double wishbone suspension. The rear was identical though, and the same with eg civics. Also, some rovers use d16z engines which says honda on the valve cover. So the front end chassis must be identical imo.

Ok cool. Is the grill a part of the bonnet? And did the fenders bolt up to it from the Ek to the MB?

OK so I read that there is a MA (95-97, picture 1) and a MB (98-00, picture 2)style. I would like to go with the newer style but I cant find alot of info on this car in general.
