Got a jdm b18c integra type r engine and s80 gearbox for sale done 20k since a rebuild in 100% working order, not a clue what it's worth

What was the mileage before the rebuild?

What was included in the rebuild? Receipts? Who by?

Does it have service history?

All these things will help determine its value to someone

It does have service history and receipts of the rebuild, completely off the point you have a lot of cars and projects!

Mine was in the region of £1,600... It was up for more however.. I bought mine from a friend and I'm supplying my own driveshafts. Mine is a full swap (everything required included to fit in to an EK4).

I'd say depending on history/spec (whats included in the sale) etc. going rate can be anything from £1,500 - £2,000... from when I was looking.. there will be cheaper ones out there and expensive ones out there £1,500+ for the average plant would be about right IMO...

Engine mileage before a full rebuild is Irrelevant! So long as it is a FULL rebuild and not just top end or whatever then essentially the engine will be like new

It was a full rebuild, so yeah pretty irrelevant

Can't remember the last time someone had a FULL rebuild

A FULL rebuild means every single component in that engine has been swapped to brand new items (which would cost much more than just buying a replacement engine)

Hence why I would want to know the mileage and what was included in the rebuild.

I would also want to know why an engine with only 50k miles had had a rebuild - whereas if it had done 200k miles it wouldn't seem so strange.

But that's why 'I' would want to know - hence why I posted it.
