SWEET! I've got some blades, not very good though used to BMX a lot, but lost touch with it as i've got older still occasionally drag my bike out.

Con1SiR whats your weekly routine? Do you follow a specific diet? I really struggle with my diet love my carbs.... :nono:

Ian you should keep up the bmx'in its a good sport and also keeps you fit!

I was really tempted to build another bike and start it off again. I've been assigned to build a bike for someone at work and i must admit its really getting my bug going. Mine is really out of date now but still some really great bits on it. Trouble is don't have anyone to ride with anymore. All my mates are settled down with kids, wife and mortgages.... Makes me :nerv: and feel old! I'm only 24!!!

Mon- 2 an a half mile jog then punching and skipping etc for 2 hours that night
Tue-1 mile jog circuit traning that evening for 2hours
Wed- Weights and fitness traning 1 and a half hours
Thur- 2mile jog and sparring 1hour
Fri- Swimming, Sauna etc.
Sat- Day off
Sunday- If i have time swimming.

Its hard to do it all as im still in school and working! Yes we are following eating plans but their not very strict as long as your weight is kept down and your traning hard keeping fit your sound!!

yeah i know what you mean! all my mates have seemed to drift away and started to do there own things. its not good though man cause its things like this that keep you and your friends close and keep you young at heart! im 22 and tbf i act 16 and i love it, im not immature in the sense where i take drugs and get pissed on the streets and drive my car irratically, just do silly things and say silly things its what makes you stay young! people let them selves get old before there time if you know what i mean! most of my friends too have children and houses, but come on! from ages 19-25 and all settled down! **** they aint lived! dont get me wrong i have a girlfriend and i love her to pieces but i am in no way shape or form fit enough to be a dad or have a mortgage just yet!

sorry about my rant

moral of the story get that bike out and ride it on your own :) like i blade on my own

Look's real good^^^ Looks really hard i cant see how ya can go down rails me and my mate tried go down them on a skateboard we found and nearly died! :nono:

con1sir - im guessing its alot harder on a skateboard then on rollerblades though! does he skateboard for a hobby or did he just try it? but still its just all down to practice. some tricks are hard some are easy ha.

No we were just walking up to the shop and saw it so said we'd give it a try went terrible rong! Ha. You look class on them!

ohh hahahaha! thats why then! got to try it once though :)
thanks but theres plenty more people out there better than me.

so how long you been boxing? do you do it proffesionally or just train at a local club?

I used to do a spot of rugby but i hurt my neck when the scrum collapsed. had to wait in the ambulance for the game to finish so the two teams could push the bogged ambulance off the pitches. got morphine in the hospital so it was all good! my neck still makes a real bad cracking noise though :nono:
my new sport involves sitting on the sofa infront of the tv, its much easlier! lol

I do kickboxing and gyming kind of have to use the gym as work in one would be rude not too!! :p

Start again.
DO IT!!! DO IT!!!
DO IT!!! DO IT!!!

I used to BMX and was just getting a bit better at it I still have my bike it the garage and feel sad when I look at it knowing I probably wont ride it. Hell if you can fit time to ride in you mad workout schedule then I will drive over to you so I have some one to ride with too (sounds like I could learn a few things n all lol ). People I know are already starting to settle down so I sort of know what you mean.

@ Elchuck sorry to hear about you injury nearly everyone I know who did rugby is injured somehow brutal sport, Much better to watch that football tho (my opinion)

@ anyone that does boxing Always fancied doing that but don’t really fancy getting pummelled (wimp I know) I like the idea of boxercise though :nice:
My sport is archery by the way.
